The Band

The Rolling Stones are an English band who initially based their folk on rhythm and blues and rock and roll. They first off got together in London and after their first success in the UK, they shortly became honorable as popular in the US as the "British Invasion" started in the early 1960s.

The Rolling Stones Tongue was first designed by pop artist, John Pasche in 1970. The pop art depiction excellently showed off Mick Jagger's great known lips and the band's rebelliousness and has been in custom by the Rolling Stones ever since.

Pasche was asked to build the logo after Rolling Stones lead singer, Mick Jagger asked the Regal College of Art in London in 1969 to help him bonanza a mould student.
